As the vice president of human resources and finance for Great Schools Partnership, Stephanie’s role is expansive. She ensures that every dollar coming into the organization is accounted for and maximized; and that our employees are treated well and recognized for their vast contributions.
As a non-profit organization, Great Schools financial records are independently audited each year. Under Stephanie’s leadership, clean audits have been received every year, with no findings. She also supports the 41 full-time and 17 part-time Great Schools employees with all human resource functions.
A Knox County native, Stephanie joined Project GRAD in 2004 and started supporting Great Schools Partnership in 2010. Prior to that, she worked as the controller for Helen Ross McNabb Center.
Stephanie has a bachelor’s degree in business management and a master’s in human resource development from Tusculum College. As the first person in her family to earn her college degree, Stephanie has a great passion for encouraging young people to pursue their dreams.
In her free time, Stephanie is very involved in her church and enjoys hanging out with her husband, three children and grandchildren. Eating Sunday dinner together has become a longtime family tradition at the Jinkins’ home, and those times are particularly special when the entire family is able to be home.
